These measures are designed to stimulate the rental market by encouraging private investment, thereby increasing housing availability while offering substantial tax benefits to investors.

Take advantage of a 6% rate for 6 years, capped at €250,000 per year, for properties intended for rental (only for off-plan sales).
New tax credit "Bëllegen Akt"

Up to €20,000 per person or €40,000 per couple, only for acquisitions in off-plan sales (VEFA – Vente en État Futur d’Achèvement).
This credit is subject to the condition that the property is rented out for a minimum of 2 years.
Exemption of net income from social rental management
Income from renting through a social rental management organization is now exempted at 90%, compared to 75% previously. This encourages property owners to rent their properties through these organizations.
